Who we are
Sub-Zero Repair Miami is an independent appliance repair company serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any manufacturer. Brand names and model numbers appear on this site to identify the equipment we repair, and remain the property of their respective owners.
Booking a repair
Requesting a visit through this site or by phone is a request, not a contract. A booking exists once we have confirmed a time with you. We ask for the model number and a description of the problem because both decide which parts a technician brings.
Diagnosis and pricing
- The diagnostic visit starts at $95 and is credited toward the repair when you go ahead with it.
- Figures published on this site are starting points and typical market ranges, not quotes. The exact cost is confirmed after an on-site diagnostic and agreed with you in writing before any work begins.
- You approve the scope and the price before anything is opened. If you decline, you pay the diagnostic fee and nothing else.
Our warranty
We warrant the labor we performed. Parts carry the part manufacturer’s own warranty, which we pass through to you. The warranty covers a recurrence of the same problem on the same unit; it does not cover a new problem, damage caused by something else, or work carried out by anyone else afterwards.
We do not perform repairs claimed under a manufacturer’s warranty — those go through the manufacturer’s own service network, not through us.
Access and safety
Built-in refrigeration is fitted into cabinetry. Reaching it sometimes requires removing panels, kickplates or trim, and we will tell you before we do so. Where a building requires a certificate of insurance, an elevator reservation or approved working hours, we need to know when you book so it can be arranged in advance.
Cancellations
Tell us as early as you can and there is no charge. If a technician has already arrived at the address, the diagnostic fee applies.
What this site is
The information here — symptoms, error codes, cost ranges — is written to help you understand what your equipment is doing. It is general guidance about this class of appliance, not a diagnosis of your unit, and it does not replace an on-site inspection. We publish only what we can support; where a source does not tell us something, the page says so rather than guessing.
